If you are unhappy with your handset within14 days you can arrange to return it for refund to the card used at purchase or swap out with another handset of same value
All handsets come with 12 month warranty.
We will replace your handset if there are technical faults, or issues due to improper workmanship during the warranty period
Not covered by warranty : broken screens, casings, water damage or any fault caused by accident or use.

2nd Please remove sim card, external memory cards if any
3rd security locks
4th any parental locks
5th Your Samsung/I cloud or Google account
