Handsets Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your handset within 14 days from the day of delivery, you can arrange to return it for a full refund to the card used at purchase or exchange it with another handset of the same value.
Accessories:
14 day, from day of delivery, no quibble return for full refund providing its sent back in a sellable condition.
12 month warranty if returning due to a manufacturing fault.
Exchange or full refund provided to customer.
12 month warranty on ALL handsets:
will replace your handset if there are technical faults, or issues due to improper workmanship and the handset is still within the above stated warranty period.
Not covered by warranty : broken screens, casings, water damage or any fault caused by accident or use.
Things to do before returning
- Please call our customer service dept.
- Please remove any sim cards or external memory cards.
- Disable/remove any security locks.
- Disable/remove any parental locks.
- Remove your Samsung/I cloud or Google accounts.
