Returns & Refund Policy

Handsets Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your handset within 14 days from the day of delivery, you can arrange to return it for a full refund to the card used at purchase or exchange it with another handset of the same value.

Accessories:
14 day, from day of delivery, no quibble return for full refund providing its sent back in a sellable condition.
12 month warranty if returning due to a manufacturing fault.
Exchange or full refund provided to customer.

12 month warranty on ALL handsets:
 will replace your handset if there are technical faults, or issues due to improper workmanship and the handset is still within the above stated warranty period.

Not covered  by warranty :  broken screens, casings, water damage or any fault caused by accident or use.

Things to do before returning

  1. Please call our customer service dept.
  2.  Please remove any sim cards or external memory cards.
  3. Disable/remove any security locks.
  4. Disable/remove any parental locks.
  5. Remove your Samsung/I cloud or Google accounts.
