Techhouse operates a number of stores in the UK, specialising in the sale of both new and pre owned mobile phones, mobile phone accessories and other related products. Online sales are limited to the sale of pr owned firms and the provision of a mobile phone repair booking system.Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
DELIVERYWe are currently only making deliveries to addresses in the UK.Delivery of phones are made using a courier to the address provided or if selected the phone may be collected from one of our stores.Delivery is free and we aim to deliver the phone next working day on orders before 2:30pm or within 2 working days of purchase. We are not responsible for delays outside our control and if there is a substantial delay beyond 7 days you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any phones you have paid for but not received.If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the phone cannot be posted through your letterbox, you will need to rearrange delivery or collect the device from a local depot. Deliveries are made by DPD or Royal Mail who will provide further information on how to facilitate the re-delivery or collection, as it may be.RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your handset and are within 14 days from receipt of delivery you can arrange to return it for refund to the card used at purchase or exchange it for another handset of same value
All handsets come with 12 month warranty.
We will replace your handset if there are technical faults, or issues due to improper workmanship during the warranty period
Not covered by warranty : broken screens, casings, water damage or any fault caused by accident or use.

12 Month repair warranty T&Cs
All repairs are carried out to the highest possible standards but in the unlikely event of a problem we offer a full 12 months warranty for your peace of mind.
What we cover:
All the parts and labor involved in any repairs done by TechHouse are covered by our 12 month warranty
What we don’t cover:
Any subsequent damage caused to the device after the repair. Damage resulting from misuse. Any kind of Liquid Damage. Software related issues. Faults not relating to the original repair done Loss of data (please backup your device before getting repaired) Our warranty is void if a repair is done on the device by a different company after our repair
COMPETITIONS
The competition will run as advertised
The prize will be as advertised
To qualify for the competition, individuals will need to fill in the competition entry form.
Only one entry per person
The draw for the winner will take place after the competition has finished.
Handset may be network locked.
The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
TechHouse reserve the right to withdraw the competition or disqualify entrants for breach of the above terms.

If you do optin in you will receive emails about new products, special offers, competitions, and surveys. Your data will not be passed to third parties and you can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time from the links in the emails you receive.
